Jaxter plays a diverse mix of music that has something for everyone and keeps the tempo upbeat for dancing or just toe tappin’ and singin’ along. His focus is on radio hits and familiar music that most have heard and know, and his selection of older music will take you back to another time and place when music was truly the soundtrack of life.
“Musically, Brian Kibler has one goal in mind: to create intense, heartfelt, compelling music devoid of pretentiousness and mediocrity. A self-confessed child of the ’90s alternative boom, and a sort of revivalist of the genre, Brian actually grew up listening to classic rock. Inspired by bands like Led Zeppelin, The Who, Pink Floyd, Cream and Jimi Hendrix, Brian picked up the guitar in his early teens. Entirely self-taught, Brian has immersed himself in nearly every style of music, and has played with a multitude of different bands.
At the dawn of the new millenium, Brian caught the songwriting bug and has written a bunch of songs, all reflecting a different place and time in Brian’s journey through life and music. As well as being an eclectic guitarist/vocalist/songwriter, Brian also plays bass, mandolin, harmonica, piano, organ, Mellotron, synthesizer and drums.
As of this writing, Brian is performing as a solo acoustic artist, and is working on recording and releasing new original material.”
