Winetober Fest began in October 2009 and has grown into one of the region’s most unique and anticipated wine festivals. Now in its 16th year, the semi-annual event draws 4,000–5,000 guests to Skippack, PA, for a day of wine, food, live music, and community.
Setup Hours: 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM
Vendors must arrive before 11:00 AM to access the venue with vehicles.
Trucks or 10×20 spaces: Please arrive between 8:00–9:00 AM to secure your space. Trucks may need to fit between tents, so early arrival is strongly encouraged.
After 11:00 AM: You will not be able to drive up to your space. You’ll need to park in vendor parking and hand-carry items.
➡️ All vendors must be fully set up by 12:00 PM for VIP check-in. Guests often arrive early.

Check-In Process:
Pull into the driveway and stop at the check-in area.
Staff will confirm your assigned space, provide venue map cards, and answer questions.
If your assigned space presents a problem (e.g., duplicate vendor category too close), notify staff immediately before setup.
🏕 How to Set Up
Spaces are assigned by ROW – staff will remind you of your placement.
Place tent legs on the painted corner markers. Do not skip spaces.
Pavilion spaces can accommodate tents – bring one if you’d like cover and separation.
Be courteous to staff, hosts, and fellow vendors – we’re here to help if issues arise.

At check-in, staff will:
Confirm your assigned space
Provide a venue map card (with a QR code for the event map & drawing entry)
Direct you to your location
Parking & Unloading
Outside spaces: Pull your car in, park, and set your tent up directly behind your vehicle.
Center spaces: Temporarily park beside your space to unload, then move your car immediately to vendor parking.
Unload first, then move your car to the designated vendor parking area (see map).
Late Arrivals
Anyone arriving after 11:30 AM will not be able to drive into the venue. You’ll need to park in vendor parking and hand-carry items to your space.
Space Adjustments
If your space isn’t working (e.g., too close to a similar vendor), please let staff know before setting up.
We’ll do our best to reassign you to a better spot if possible.
🚫 Please do not move on your own without notifying staff.
Bring all supplies you’ll need – we cannot loan equipment.

Generator (required for slushy machines/refrigeration)

Signage, business cards, flyers
Tools (hammer, zip ties, clips, pens, tape, scissors, sharpie, clipboard)
Lockbox/change, credit card reader

Water & snacks for staff
Sunscreen, hat, fan
Extra tent for guest cover (optional)
⚡ Electricity: IS NOT AVAILABLE AT THIS VENUE.

Each vendor is allowed one parking space in the designated vendor lot (behind the setup area).
Please unload immediately, then move your vehicle.
Carpooling is encouraged, as parking is limited.

11:30 AM – Band arrival
12:00 PM – VIP Check-In
12:30–5:00 PM – Live Band Performances
1:00 PM – General Admission Check-In
2:00 PM – Wine Check Pick-Up Begins
5:00 PM – Event Concludes
5:00–5:30 PM – Vendor Exit (use back exits or wait until guests are cleared)
5:30 PM – Wine Check Closes
